   Mr. Rick L. Cardin formed Cardin & Associates in 1986. Mr.Cardin has a very diversified background. He has 19 years in the Security Industry with client’s ranging from Agriculture to High-Tech. Mr.Cardin retired in 1992, as a California Peace Officer with over 20 years experience and training, with 15 years in dealing with special security and law enforcement needs for both rural and urban communities. In 2001, Mr.Cardin was medically retired with combat related injuries he recevied in 1998. Mr.Cardin was a Master Sergeant with over 24 years of military experience and training, with 18 years in Special Operations. Mr.Cardin has an Agriculture background that covers over 36 years. Mr.Cardin received his A.S. Degree in Agriculture from Modesto Jr.College in 1972, and received his Life Time Teaching Credentials from The California Community Colleges in 1990.
